Due to the unique, made-to-order nature of our product, each item is handmade in Canada specifically for you. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Orders placed Monday to Friday will be shipped within 2-3 weeks.

Returns are for size exchange only, within the first 14 days upon receiving your item. Items must be in new condition - this means they must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. Please be advised, you must pay return shipping and it must be received by Juniper Designz before a new item is dispatched.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-6 business days for your
return to be processed at our distribution centre and a further 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment.
